Our commitments
- Use age-appropriate language, stories and feedback.
- Keep class communication respectful and focused on learning.
- Ask a parent or guardian to manage accounts, payments and messages for children.
- Never require a child to share unnecessary personal information publicly.
- Use photos, recordings or testimonials only with documented adult permission.
Live online classes
Parents should know when and where a child is joining. Learners should use a shared or parent-managed device where practical. Private one-to-one messaging between a child and an instructor is not part of our normal learning model; operational communication goes through the responsible adult.
Recordings and community spaces
Families may not record, photograph or redistribute sessions that include other learners. Community groups are moderated for their stated purpose. Adults must not download or reuse another family’s child photo, video or message.
Report a concern
If something feels unsafe or inappropriate, stop the interaction and contact hello@shlokanidhi.org or WhatsApp +1 (510) 953-9201. Include enough detail for us to act, but do not send sensitive child information through a public channel. We will acknowledge, document and review concerns promptly.
