Shloka Nidhi services for children are purchased and managed by a parent or guardian. Children should not submit personal information directly.
Information we collect
When an adult joins a waitlist, purchases a class, creates a learning account, or contacts us, we may collect the adult’s name, email address, phone number, country, course selections and messages. For enrollment, we may also receive a learner’s first name, age range and learning progress from the parent or guardian.
How we use information
- To provide classes, workshops, recordings and certificates.
- To manage accounts, enrollment, payments, progress and support.
- To send essential service messages and optional updates chosen by the adult.
- To protect the service, prevent misuse and understand aggregate website performance.
Photos, recordings and children’s information
We do not publish a child’s photo, video, testimonial or identifying details without documented permission from a parent or guardian. Class recordings and learner submissions are handled only for the learning purpose communicated to families.
Service providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, databases, payments, email, video classes and analytics. They process information only to provide those services and under their own privacy commitments. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored on our website.
Retention and your choices
We keep information only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, security and legitimate records. An adult may request access, correction, deletion or removal from optional updates by contacting us. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.
